His expertise was forged at Bell Textron Inc., where he spearheaded sales efforts across Asia and built a proven track record of closing high-value aircraft transactions throughout the region. Over the course of his career, he has established a robust network of key industry players and clients, driving engagement across Asia.

As Aircraft Sales Director for Aerius Aviation—the dedicated brokerage and consultancy arm of Aerius Group—Kayden leverages the Group’s collective institutional knowledge to provide strategic advise to clients, utilizing a global network to bridge market gaps and provide bespoke solutions.  His approach ensures that every acquisition or divestment is executed with precision, meeting both unique operational requirements and long-term objectives.

Kayden holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
