Denyse Tan
Transactions Manager

Denyse has served as Legal Counsel in a diverse range of sectors and has particular skills in project finance and real estate transactions within multi-jurisdictional environments.

​

Prior to joining Aerius Leasing, she worked for a global non-profit organization, where she advised on a portfolio of project finance transactions supporting capital-intensive infrastructure initiatives aimed at advancing plastics circularity as well as broader environmental and social priorities worldwide.

​

Denyse was previously the Senior Legal Counsel of a real estate brokerage company, where she was also appointed as Data Protection Officer and oversaw legal, corporate affairs, and compliance matters.

​

Denyse also brings experience in international trade, having advised on Singapore's trade and economic policies across various trade frameworks, including Free Trade Agreements and Bilateral Investment Treaties, with a focus on Emerging Markets and the Middle East.

Denyse holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Bristol, U.K. and is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
