Clément Gayral serves as Vice President & Head of Operations at Aerius Leasing, based in Singapore.

A French national with deep professional roots across Asia, he brings more than 15 years of experience in aviation commercial and legal management. Prior to joining Aerius as the first employee, Clement spent a decade with Bell Textron Inc. in the Asia Pacific region, where he led bid and contract management activities and played a key role in the sale and delivery of more than 200 aircraft.

At Aerius, he oversees operational strategy and execution across leasing, financing and brokerage activities - driving governance, commercial platform, and scalable platform development.

Clément holds a Master in Business Management from EMLYON Business School in France. He lives in Singapore with his wife and young son.
